The decaf lots we've been getting from Arango have been some of our best selling offerings to date. We are continually impressed by the quality and consistency of these coffees. We always do our best to take care of our customers who still want to be able to enjoy coffee without the jolt of caffeine. La Miranda is a washed, Ethyl Acetate, aka "sugar cane" process lot. Decaffeinating this way always brings in an extra layer of sweetness to the cup. Don't worry, it's still completely sugar free.
