Back for winter '25-26 is El Xalum Special Reserve. If you are a fan of the general lot from El Xalum then we always recommend that you give the Special Reserve lot a try. This coffee has been picked, sorted, and processed with extra special attention. The result is an exceptionally clean and balanced cup. Because of the meticulous handling of this lot, there's not as much so our our supply is limited.
